U drills have flutes that are shaped in a “U” pattern. This design helps in achieving specific cutting characteristics and efficient chip removal. U drills are particularly effective for drilling deeper holes where traditional drills might struggle with chip removal and accuracy. The U-shaped flutes help in efficiently removing chips from the hole, reducing the risk of clogging and overheating.

We manufacture U Drills in sizes ranging from 25mm to 125mm. We have also manufactured U Drills having L/D upto 10, which are working perfectly. The U Drills are available with through spindle coolant.
