BTA deep hole drilling heads are advanced tooling components used in deep hole drilling and boring applications. BTA drilling, also known as deep hole drilling, is employed to create deep, straight holes with high accuracy and excellent surface finish in various materials, including metals and composites.

Solid BTA deep hole drilling heads are used to directly drill solid holes in workpieces. We manufacture solid BTA heads ranging in diameter from 35mm to 120mm. Any larger than this, it is not recommended to drill a solid hole.
