Rough boring bars are specialized tools used in machining to enlarge and finish holes with precision. They are designed for removing large amounts of material quickly and efficiently, making them essential in roughing operations. These tools are particularly useful in applications where high material removal rates and precise hole dimensions are required.

We manufacture customized boring bars ranging from diameters of 30mm to 400mm, based on our customers’ requirements. These can be made available with spindle coolants for further ease of use.

Boring bars with fixed pockets can be manufactured for combination boring applications. These are available in shank options of Side lock type, cylindrical shank type and arbour type.

For extra long cutting length (L/D>3) anti vibration boring bars can be manufactured.
