Commonly used in making minute serrations on flange faces in the valve industry, this cutter has helped our clients reduce their cycle time from more than 4 hours to 2 minutes.

Multiple serrations are made on the flange face simultaneously, saving enormous amounts of time, and providing unflappable accuracy.

We custom manufacture these cutters according to our clients’ requirements. The inserts are manufactured according to the pitch size of the serrations required by the client.
